Prices & Fees
PDF2Go.Club is a highly customizable service that requires manual setup. Many details can be tailored
to meet the publisher's needs. Additional charges or discounts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, but the ranges discussed below serve as a starting point for basic setup for a single PDF.
The Standard Annual Fee
- For authors, starting at €99 per year
Fees for individual creative content authors, including visual artists, photographers, and others promoting their own work.
- For organizations and businesses, starting at €299 per year
Fees for organizations and businesses using PDF2Go.Club to distribute promotional materials
The Standard Annual fee covers Initial setup for one PDF file up to 25 MB and 1,000 builds of partner co-branded PDFs. Distribution download hosting is NOT included with The Standard Annual Fee. Your co-branding partners must download generated PDF file and distribute it through their own online distribution channels.
Add-on Options & Extra Fees
If your PDF file is larger than 25MB, you expect to reach more than 1000 partners in a year or wish to offer your partners a free download service, you can add the extra options listed below:
- PDF files larger than 25MB: +€3.75 for each additional MB
(One time fee added to the Standard Annual fee at setup time)
- Larger number of builds: +€0.30 per additional build
(A "build" is a generated co-branded PDF automatically created for a partner by our server. For standard size PDF of 25 MB the fee is billed monthly or after each 1000 new builds, whichever comes first. If the file is larger this fee will be proportionally increased)
- If distribution is hosted on our servers: +€0.50 per additional GB of download traffic
(Prepaid €125 for 250GB, then billed monthly or after each new 250GB of traffic whichever comes first)
